We are glad to introduce you the 2011 gastronomic menu of Restauran Binigaus Vell... And stay tunned at this Blog. Soon, we are goin to show you some photos of the dishes.


Baby cockerel  in "escabeche" on a bed of mixed salad and dried fruits. 

Crispy Anchovies with caramelised onions, sun-dried tomatoes and parsley oil. 

Warm octopus carpaccio  with spicy paprika, Picual olive oil and potatoe mousse. 

Foie gras escalope  on  biscuit with flambé banana, tomato jam and balsamic cream. 

Menorcan style Stuffed Aubergines in a sauce "fond rouge".

BinigausVell Salad 


Salmon  at 45º with honey, mustard and ginger, and shallot sautéed spinach.

Menorcan style squid and "pommes allumette".

Monkfish  with clams and shrimps, sauce "fond d'arêtes".

Suckling pig,roasted to order and "pommes boulangère". 

Rack of Lamb, with wild asparagus and smoked mashed sweet corn.

Grilled beef filet mignon   flavoured with wine shoots accompanied by fried sweet pepper and mashed potatoes.
